I was highly impressed with the service. I called and had to leave a voicemail late on Sunday which wasn’t a big deal. They called promptly the next day first thing in the morning. They were able to get someone out right away which I appreciated. They sent a text with the gentleman’s picture and that he was on the way. He was very professional and even though he had some trouble with the drain snake going up a vent pipe he did amazing and fixed the clog! Definitely would recommend or use them again if needed.

Fantastic service! Adam was extremely friendly and personable. I had called a different company out the day before that tried to tell me it would cost $2000 to fix my clogged kitchen sink. They even attempted to snake the drain and told me it didn't work. Adam snaked my drain and had my sink working within 30 minutes. Thank you!!

Had a sewer scope done for a house I’m purchasing. All online booking, they showed up right on time and were done in like 30 minutes. Adam was fantastic and spoke to me afterwards and had reasonable recommendations. He was kind, honest, and understanding. Will absolutely be using them again! Good & transparent pricing on their website as well.

I appreciated the next day service. I was disappointed because I wanted to get back before he left. Was here probably not even a half hour. I wanted to ask him questions about the drain and clogging alot. Your service call must be $255 for the first hour, just seemed steep for 20-30 minutes.

Team showed up as scheduled, both gentlemen were polite and professional, listened to my wife regarding the problem. Fixed issue and left no mess to clean up. Will definitely use again and recommend to others. People like this are hard to find anymore. Thank you Drain Daddy team.
