Would give no stars if possible. Had a pleasant and informative call with Beth in the office and scheduled an appointment for a Friday. She said it would be the technician's last appointment of the day, probably after 3:30. The technician called on Friday around midday and wanted to know details of my problem. I told him and that it wasn't urgent and could wait until next week if he was busy or wanted to go home early. Pleasant conversation and looked forward to him coming on Monday between 8 and 9. His choice and said I would be first appointment that he usually left his home at 8:30. 9:30 came around and no phone call and no technician. I called the office and was told he had an emergency client this morning and I would be next. I was not happy that someone did not call to let me know because I had another appointment at 10 am. I let Beth know that I do not do business with companies who not notify customers that their technician would not be arriving as scheduled as Jerome the technician told me would be around 9 am. Not between 8 and 12, but 9 am because he moved it from Friday until Monday morning himself. I've lived almost 75 years and know that when a business does not care enough to notify their customers that they will not make their appointment as schedule, their will always be problems with their respect and service to their customers. I let them know that I would not be doing business with them at all in the future. Response to owner: Nice try to gloss over the real problem that is was a miscommunication problem. No, it was not. Jerome, who represents your company apparently made a promise that he could not keep and failed to notify your company that he did and then I got lost in the process. I was not a long standing customer of yours. Quite the contrary, a brand new one. Like I said, I do not do business with companies who fail to notify their customers when an appointment is not met. It is a reflection of their lack of concern, respect of their customers and ultimately the quality of their work. Even, perhaps, if it was a one off (which is unlikely) it has sent me elsewhere.

Our new plumber! We had a leak under our toilet which caused wood rot in the boards (charming old house but wish we had tile!!) The job required multiple visits and a lot of coordination between them and the floor guy they recommended (Marcus did a stellar job too, it was tough matching the planks, so thanks!) The whole process was so seamless! Easily could’ve taken a month for resolution but only took them a week! Everyone did a spectacular job for an honest/reasonable quote (my brother does this work in the state of SC and his second opinion was that these guys were great!) The flange Steven recommended was a big upgrade too so I feel confident that we won’t be dealing with this problem again. Steven was super courteous and even went the extra mile on something unrelated that I asked for his expertise on. Really appreciated that — my dog loves him too!

Never had any company to give you free estimate and been so caring and hard-working this two young man today they came to my home they had excellent excellent performance they check every single things they were amazing I think everyone if they do similar job this world be much better extremely professional they knew perfectly what they are doing soon as I get answered from my insurance I'm going to have deal with them. I have major Plumbing problem they did diagnose it very well their boss should be proud of them such a worker they are asset for company keep doing your great job I do highly recommend them🌟🌟⭐⭐💫🌟⭐🌹🌹👍👍

Hicks did a complete and competent job of a dual primary bathroom remodel with especially high end appliances and finishes. Some jobs required call backs which they happily complied with to make sure everything was alright and running smoothly. No complaints and lots of compliments. Jerry Bair
