I ended up going and buying what they suggested, called them back to see if they’d be willing to install it and they sent the same guy back out two hours later. The new faucet is now installed! I asked ChatGPT to give me a local plumber with great reviews and Copper was the first on the list. Although they were the last to give us a quote we ended up going with them because we felt like Warren, the plumber that was sent out for the quote, was knowledgeable and trustworthy. Pricing and rating was relatively competitive to the other 2 quotes we received so we ended up going with Cooper because of the tech. He fixed our shower and the work was done timely, clean, and as described. We never felt upsold or uninformed.
