Big Birge Plumbing

Big birge communicated effectively from the very beginning. They were very flexible working with us and excellent communicators. Although the kitchen faucet installation was a little pricey, we felt like we got what we paid for which was great customer service, a job done right and professionals. They were on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up after the job was over. We would highly recommend them to others.

Cameron replaced a badly rusted section of cast iron drain pipe. The repair looks and works great, and it was a pleasure working with Cameron. Communication from the Big Birge staff was excellent, and the cost of the repair was exactly as presented in the estimate. Highly recommended. Update: We needed Big Birge again, this time for a plugged kitchen sink drain. Andrew did a great job finding and fixing the cause. The more he looked, the more he found, and he persisted until the drain was flowing freely. It was a pleasure working with him.

Big Birge is everything you thought plumbers couldn't be: efficient; effective; timely; courteous; and trustworthy. They have a great solution for electronic scheduling and interaction. They actually respond to calls and questions. Their plumbers are knowledgeable and smart. Oh, and they have exceptional pricing. Perfect plumbers.

Dennis was absolutely amazing. He set expectations and completed his work a head of time. He also did a perfect job cleaning up and was just a pleasure. We really liked Dennis and will be asking for him personally in the future if we have any other needs that pop up!

Nice work on my water line and backflow preventer! Very happy with everything! Quotes and work times were accurate. Plumber was polite and understanding of what we needed. Looking forward to using Big Birge again...
