We have used Backlund Plumbing for several years. They ALWAYS deliver excellent customer service. Yesterday, Randy came out to our house for a repair. He quickly identified the issue and performed the fix quickly and efficiently. Trust me - you can trust Backlund Plumbing to handle your plumbing issues.

Very happy w service from Backlund Plumbing . I had service on a new toilet installation. The service person/ plumber Alex did an amazing job helping me resolve the present issue on my toilet and recommended waiting for a new installation. Excellent advice in my case. The service was professional, on time w the appointment , patient w homeowners questions , comprehensive in explaining the work that would be done to resolve the issue. I highly recommend Backkund Plumbing. The receptionist Leslie was very friendly and helpful in taking my information regarding what I needed help with with my home plumbing issue when posting my appointment. My experience w Backlund was 5 star. I wull be contacting them for future plumbing issues. Ask for Alex , very easy to work with & does quality work. My toilet working perfectly still .

Randy and Tre from Backlund Plumbing provided excellent service replacing a broken kitchen waste line in our basement. From their prompt arrival to the completion of the job, they were incredibly professional and efficient. They clearly explained the necessary repairs and turned a stressful situation into a surprisingly smooth experience. We were especially impressed by their thorough cleanup after the work was done. They left our basement and driveway spotless. We highly recommend Randy and Tre for their expertise, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction. They truly went above and beyond!

This company was contracted by M.U.D. to inspect work they did on the street. They were supposed to be inspecting where the line comes into the house. The first time they called and I scheduled an appointment. The kid who came out knew nothing and said that they would be scheduling someone else who could inspect my line come back out. That never happened. I had to call them back to re-schedule, and sure enough someone else who had no clue what they were looking at come out. Who also said they would be in contact to send someone else out. Never heard back from them once.

They forgot to glue a joint and it flooded my basement. Totaled our extra bedroom. Mistakes happen, and three different people, including the owner (Chris) promised they were insured and were going to take care of us. They had a good reputation so we were confident. We paid around $8,000 out of pocket to get everything fixed, and when it came time to collect... the owner GHOSTED US. Just stopped replying completely to emails and calls. The incident was over two years ago, and we still have never recived a single dime in compensation. I even omitted about 3k worth of damaged furniture from the receipts... hoping it would aid in a speedier closing of the incident. It's really unfortunate... this company had a really great reputation, and we really thought they would make good on their word. Sadly, we were mistaken. BUYER BEWARE... our job was a big one, but when it comes to plumbing, EVEN A SMALL JOB can turn catastrophic for your property. You can quickly be left with a multi thousand dollar repair bill like us. It's crucial to find a company that honors their word, and stands behind their work. This one doesnt. If Chris ever decides to follow through and make things right, I'll update my review.
