Recently had a sewer pump issue at my home and was lucky to have a team from Zoom Drain handle the repair. David Hill and his colleague were exceptional—prompt, skilled, and clearly well-trained. They diagnosed the problem efficiently, found a compatible new pump without delay, and completed the job with precision and care. 10 stars if I would give them. Zoom Drain cleared three stubborn underground drains that connect to our gutter downspouts, and the service was outstanding. Technician David Hill was patient and methodica, running a camera through each line, found the exact trouble spots, and chose the best tool for every blockage. He made sure that the water flowed freely, then returned the next day to be sure everything still worked and did additional optimization to the flow. Professional, thorough, and committed to doing the job right. Highly recommend.

Great service and professionalism, David had the patience of a saint with our 18 year old drain lines filled with grease. If we ever have clogged drains again Zoom Drain will be the only company I will use.
