Matt helped us with a smile! We were living in a pool of water & he fixed our situation easily & with a sweet attitude! We’ve worked with Piper wrench before and they do excellent work. It might be a little more, but it’s worth it because you don’t have to have people come back and fix it again and again.! We had had an experience where a company sabotage our air conditioner On purpose so we know how valuable it is to have trustworthy people like pipe wrench thank you Matt!

Tim Anderson was amazing. Was very professional and listened to all my concerns. He was very communicative and answered all my questions. Explained what was wrong, how he could make things right and gave us multiple options to get where we needed to be price wise. We agreed to sign up for the service program that way we can ensure our AC unit is working properly and efficiently going forward. I would highly recommend Tim and Pipe Wrench to anyone!

Kellan was awesome. We’d give him way more stars if we could. We had a scare with plumbing and he came in with a calm demeanor and helped us to feel comfortable and at ease that he was here to help. He knew exactly what he was doing, and could walk us through it and teach us so we felt more knowledgeable. He got to work and came to us with the great news that everything was fixed up and would be just fine. It was such a relief.
