HEP is on the way

We recently needed help locating our septic tank, and Brett Nicely did a fantastic job. He arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly located the tank with the right equipment. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us a fair and detailed quote for the work needed. There was no pressure just honest, straightforward service. It was a relief to deal with someone so knowledgeable and respectful. If you’re dealing with septic or sewer issues, I highly recommend Hep for their expertise and great customer service.

The people I live with had HEP come out to service their A/C. It was awful they freon was contaminated. How does this happen they worked on the unit 2 years ago. There was an appointment made for 3pm on Thursday they showed up at 1130am. The repairs were made the tech whoever the last tech that had worked from HEP installed something incorrectly. They would have have to come back Monday to fix the issues. So is it HEP fault from previous installment that the freon wad contaminated. I think so. The charge that these folks were charged freon was marked up at least 50%. If it would been my A/C the manger would have been installing the right way. No one even called these poor folks. The tech said he would be back on Monday to correct the issue. I think I will report them to the BBB. This company is the biggest rip I have ever seen. I advise no one to ever use HEP.

I can't say enough thank you's to Josh Butler and Nathan Rogers for their work. They worked very fast and did an excellent job. Thanks guys, you deserve a raise for taking care of us so quickly.

Doug and Gared did a great job on our home. Highly professional, kind, and clean. Besides the awesome job they did, there's no evidence that they were even in our home.

Brett Nicely was my plumbing technician. he was prompt, polite, and friendly. He offered discounts for his company if I should need to use them again, and was reassuring about fixing our plumbing problem. Will happily use this company again.
