Pioneer Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing

Everything about my experience with Pioneer has been remarkable! From the original install, to the follow up electrical modifications required after electric company inspection, the technicians were prompt, professional and friendly. Even several weeks after install, when I contacted them about a dent in the rear panel, (I assume from transport), they had a person out within 48 hours to replace said panel. This kind of customer service is more important to me than the product’s performance, for it tells me that they will be there if I encounter operational issues with the generator. I give this company an unqualified 5 Star rating, and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a backup home generator, or any of their services, without reservation. Become part of the Pioneer family. I do not believe that you will regret it!

Our gas / ac system went down and Pioneer was the only company that could make get to us quickly. My mom is 93 so i was worried about the heat building in the house. I was at work and Curtis worked with me over the phone and talked to my mom while setting up the install. Curtis, Justin and Justin did awesome work! Thank you so much Pioneer!

My garbage disposal made a sad noise then stopped entirely. From other reviews I went ahead and booked an appointment for what I thought would be an entire replacement. I THOROUGHLY cleaned out the area from food debris so my kitchen didn’t stink up until my appointment. I found nothing that could be a culprit so I really believed it was a complete goner. TJ was able to find this teeny tiny metal piece lodged somewhere I couldn’t feel or see myself. Fixed! Reasonable price so I’m happy to use them to install an updated faucet instead of the 2000’s ugly one with a leaking sprayer.

Wes and the whole pioneer team were great. Richard B, Roger G, Andrew A, and Anthony E took care of our full sewer line replacement. It was ruptured and had 2 root systems that had broken inside it. This caused massive leaking into our home production studio. Between them and a water mitigation team, all of it got handled very professionally. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any of their services!
