When the capacitor in my system failed, he took the time to not only explain what the part does, but he brought it inside and showed me how it was reading on his meter. From the initial phone call requesting a technician, to completion, I was very impressed. Donelson Air sent Matt Clark and Drew Hall to look at my problem. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate of the situation. I had used Donelson Air many years ago when managing a small apartment complex and thought highly of their professionalism then. In my estimation, they are still a very professional and a well qualified company. I had a follow up to check everything over by Jason Markwell and Terry Stewart, his manager.
