Ryan came out to provide a quote for our vent hood we wanted vented through the exterior wall. Instead, he discovered it was already vented through the wall but was incorrectly installed. He completely disassembled the unit on the spot, found the issue, resolved it and reinstalled it. It now works perfectly. Ryan went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. He was pleasant, technically savvy, creative, and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

YMC—Ryan, Zach, Sam, Jodee and others, especially in the McCall office—have given us wonderful service. Our repair issues have been complicated—caused by an inexperienced independent plumber who disappeared—and they have shown great integrity and commitment to solving the issues, always willing to come as the problems arise, and their charges have been very reasonable. They are professional, yet personable and caring, they show up when they say they’re coming, and they know their plumbing systems. They’re willing to work with the manufacturer, saving us headaches and frustration. We are not only pleased with their service and our experience with them, we are very grateful for YMC!

Sam and Keegan have been absolutely amazing in helping my wife and I fix our furnace to keep our home warm. YMC is always there when you need them. I greatly appreciate their services. Would recommend this company to anyone.
