From the salesman Travis to the installers Connor and Stanley. This was a great experience! Very professional with great knowledge and prices from Travis to Connor and Stanley working hard from sun up to sun down to get my A/C back working. They even loaned us a portable A/C unit in our home so we didn't overheat! Great company and people that work there! Highly recommend them!

Jason was very courteous and professional. The technology he was using to scope out the internal workings was fabulous. I was able to view the cracks and other areas that had never been viewed as one plate was still sealed when this unit was installed. He was able to have me look at what was wrong with our HVAC unit. I was just very amazed but Jason’s professional manor of preforming his job. UPDATE. Andy and Diallin did a AWESOME job installing our new HVAC system. This has been by FAR the best HVAC company I have had the pleasure of working with. They are the BEST. 👍🏽💪ANOTHER UPDATE. This is for Ty that came back after installing a new heatwater to check on a slow faucet. I would 100% recommend Perfect Plumbing Heating and Air to anyone! Our air conditioner stopped working on Tuesday night. I called a different company (not going to mention the name) and they came out and tried to fix the air conditioner, but were not able to. We were told to call an electrician, which we did the following morning. They came out and told us it would cost over two thousand dollars to repair the electrical, which was causing the problem. Thankfully my husband was able to do this work himself, but after hours of work the air conditioner continued to trip the breaker. At our wits end, and not having an air conditioner for three days, during the hottest days of the year, I called Perfect Plumbing. Technician Scott came out within an hour and was able to troubleshoot the issue, which was a quick easy fix!! We thought we were going to have to purchase a new unit, so this was a huge relief! Scott was extremely knowledgeable and so kind! We are so thankful we called and will be using this company for now on with basic routine maintenance.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND going through this company! Our technician Will was PHENOMENAL! He was polite and friendly and was BEYOND knowledgeable in everything he did! He kept us in the loop, made us feel extremely comfortable, and was thoughtful enough to help educate us and give us insights on why things were happening and how to maintain our home better for the future. I cannot thank him enough for all of his help today!! We will 100% be continuing our services with Perfect plumbing heating and air, and we hope Will is our technician with each visit!
