Our AC had stopped working and was freezing up. Access’s technician Garrett came out and was super helpful and friendly. He showed me what the cause was and then answered all of my questions to where we understand our system better now. He found the issue and fixed the system in a timely manner. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. Great service! Thank you Garrett and thank you Access for honoring the warranty of our system!
