Galen installed a water softener at the home we rent. He called me with a courtesy call on his estimated time of arrival, was very professional and respectful with our home. We are new to water softener systems so after the install he explained the systems functions and settings making it easy to understand. Thanks Galen! (An inspection of the install followed with the City and, of course, passed!) My interactions with Meridian Plumbing starting with the scheduler for the install of the water softener, Kasia ( my apologies, not sure of spelling), Galen the installer and Chris who answered the phone for me to schedule a follow up with the Meridian Inspector. They all had great customer service and were very understanding of work schedules. Thank you for all you do and the great care you give to your customers!

Quick friendly and honest, plus great pricing compared to most others. They corrected a badly installed sink plumbing and replaced a bad disposal. ——————————————————-/—————— This is a second 5-star review for Meridian Plumbing. I had a pipe break near the water main which caused some flooding outside. I called several companies and a few individuals, but NONE were able to provide the quality of service at an amazing speed. David and David did an absolutely phenomenal job!! I won’t go into details here, but this father and son team set the standard for top-service. I am truly grateful for the work that they did. May God richly bless bless them for their honesty and integrity! Great job guys!!!

Based on a neighbor’s recommendation we hired Meridian Plumbing to do one straightforward job (replacing four outdoor spigots) and one troubleshooting project (chasing down a low water flow issue). Adrian did a solid job replacing all four spigots with as minimal repair work for me on the stucco and had great recommendations for spigot types depending on the location. Dave came by a few days later and methodically went through our plumbing system to find a valve that was partially shut that was causing the low flow. Very happy with the professionalism, scheduling, and knowledge base.

Joe exemplified these qualities, being not only professional but also personable, honest, and efficient. His affection for animals further highlighted his character to us.
