Josh was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He went over everything with us and was not pushing for us to replace anything, but gave us our options and suggestions and had us call to schedule an appointment with an estimator. When I called to schedule maintenance, I thought it would be several weeks out. They were able to come same day, as well as the estimator. Very pleased with the service and with Josh. We also had the estimator Jamie come out on the same day, again very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I would for sure do business with them again and would refer them to anyone who is looking for this type of service.

Stephan was great and was very thorough in diagnosing the issues I was having with my old system. Chris was awesome and very thorough as well and walked through everything with different options for replacing the AC and furnace. His recommendations were superb and provided above and beyond customer services. Just had Andrew and team install the new units and did a great job! All around fantastic experience and couldn’t recommend using Ultimate enough. They really went above and beyond expectations and take care of their customers!
