This five star review is specifically for the technicians who came to my house. I've already done a review with a much lower rating for the dispatch team and customer service. First, Harrison came out to do the diagnostic work and he was fantastic. Incredibly friendly, helpful with explaining things when I was asking questions and overall an excellent experience. Second, Sam came out and completed the repair and he was outstanding. Again. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with explaining what was happening. Both technicians were incredibly efficient and were both on time for the appointments and I appreciate that.

The technician for Right Now Heating & Air was very qualified, capable, and personable. He did a wonderful job servicing the AC unit, keeping me informed of what he was doing along with feedback on the condition of each part of my 30 year-old unit. He did not try to sell me anything, but made me aware of potential issues that may come up in the near future. I would definitly use this company again.
