Yai Plumbing

Yai has taken care of us multiple times. He fixed a busted valve under our kitchen sink, repaired the water pipe coming from the water meter, and fixed a leak under our slab. All were done perfectly and at a way better price than any commercial company quoted us. Leak finders tried to charge us $600 to find a leak that we already knew were it was. Yai fixed the pipe in about an hour or two and didn’t charge more than $200. He is confident in his work and abilities. I highly recommend his services.

We called. Man said he was gonna fix the plumbing that's flooding kitchen and my mother's room. Guy came to check it out once. Never shown up on the day when he said he is gonna show up. We have been wet/dry vacuuming my mom's room for days and he has yet fix our plumbing. He may reasonable but what's the point if he's not gonna show up.

Called Yai to come to my rental after contacting Rooter Rooter whom tried to charge me 12,000 Yai found the problem and O was out of 500!and back up and running. Quality work

Mr. Yai came by and took care of the annoying drain backup I had been experiencing for a while now. Very pleasant gentleman.
