-update- I received a call from Earl at Air Force, he saw my review and contacted me to clarify this situation. They compensated me for my trouble, so I wanted to update my review. Thank you to Earl and the company for making this right. Not many businesses are willing to these days. ----- I called Air Force Heating and Air, Derrick called back shortly after and said he would be there in 15. He arrived a little late. He came in without any tools, went outside, came back in and said he was in touch with his supervisor and got it cheaper for me. He said the part was very expensive and I would have to pay $454.59. He said the last person didn't put the right part on, but that he had one in his truck.He told me he was speaking to me the same as he would his mother or grandmother and that he was worried it would go out in the winter if I didn't replace it. When I asked for a receipt,he said he didn't give paper receipts and asked if it was ok if his office sent an email receipt. I gave him my email,but asked him if he could write the name of the replaced part on a piece of paper for me as I am not a technological person. After I paid him, he said he was going out to his truck then took off and never came back.

Came out quickly no long waiting. The tech did a thorough job inspecting my 3 units and gave a report verbally and email. Love it will highly recommend and will be my service provider for now own and the military discount helped alot.

We were very pleased with the service Noah provided in fixing out HVAC problem. So satisfied, we purchased a maintenance plan with them to help maintain our air conditioner. From the time I called to report the problem to the time Noah was dispatched, was around an hour and a half. I highly recommend Airforce to come and service your air conditioner unit.

Good luck. I paid over $8,000 for a COMPLETE NEW hvac system. I guess that they decided that it was acceptable to finish the foam insulation with old foam and tape that I had from my old hvac system that was over 10 years old. Why couldn’t they grab more materials when they ran out? Why did they decide to use my OLD foam and tape to finish the job? I will never know. Why? I can’t get a soul to call me back. Everyday I call, and everyday I’m told that they will call me. They never do. I feel that they took advantage of me because I’m disabled. I paid for a brand new HVAC system which should have included all new materials. I’m disgusted and disappointed that I gave them my money only to be treated like I don’t matter. They have their money now so I guess nothing else matters 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
