I contacted TE after another highly rated local Alpharetta electrical company that rhymes with Beer did not follow up with us on our list of needs. They did 1 out of the four things we needed done, and never called me to follow up. TE and Griffin on the other hand are great at communication, scheduling, and workmanship. Griffin is professional, polite, and patient and we look forward to finishing our project.

The service and competence of our plumber was excellent. We had not realized that our previous water heater was leaking and should have been replaced years ago. The replacement is excellent and does not have the problems of our 20 year old model.
