Jonson is amazing and needs to be added to your list of amazing plumbers. He is kind, hard working, knowledgeable, tried to keep costs at a minimum and we appreciated him so much! It was a major job full of stress for us homeowners, but Jonson made it seem a little less stressful. He keeps his sense of humor while dealing with major issues. We had a major slab leak issue and it took a lot for him to even find clean pipe so he could begin making the necessary repairs. All done now and we are satisfied with Dixie. All staff we dealt with was amazing. House is back to normal now. Slab leaks are never fun. Jonson made it a lot more bearable. And USAA too.

The plumber arrived only a few hours after I called. I had three drains cleaned out and a leak repaired. The plumber was very efficient. Detected the problem and had everything done quickly. He was super friendly and even asked if I would like the kitchen sink and hot water heater inspected. I declined since the hot water heater and sink plumbing was fairly new. I appreciated that he was willing to go the extra mile to provide great service and my continued business. I have use Dixie for an HVAC issue and now a plumbing issue. They have been fast, friendly, efficient and affordable. Thank you Dixie for GREAT service!

Excellent, fast and friendly service from the initial phone call to the hand shake at the end of the repair. Very clear in their process, what the intended to do, and the best way to proceed. They were able to show me video of the inside of my pipes after the work was completed and now everything is flowing as it should.

Good and Quick service. Blair and Richard did a good job at installing my NEMA 14-50 Outlet. Quoted prices was competitive from other electical companies. They warranty their work for 1 year and provide their state license numbers. Overall, im very satisfied!
