Reliable Heating & Air, Plumbing and Electrical - Kennesaw

This is my first time using Reliable Heating & Air, and to be honest, I was amazed at the speed of the customer service response, the Home Comfort Advisor, Sam Hodge, and the installation. I called on Friday afternoon, and the next day everything was installed and I didn't have to suffer through the intense heat. I also want to thank Grant and Matt, who installed the AC. They took their time and did a great job, especially Grant, who installed the furnace. Despite the intense heat in the attic and the sweating, he dedicated his time and effort. I'm satisfied and happy with my new AC system and my water heater. I don't remember the name of the person who installed the water heater, but thank you so much. I don't have to worry about it for a while. Thanks everyone.😃😃❤️❤️

I’ve had this air-conditioning for three years and doing the summer. I have called reliable out at least once a week and it is 90 something degrees. No one can seem to fix the problem. Do not buy a system from reliable it is not worth it. it is 90° outside. I’ve called reliable today and no response. I have to wait until Monday. I have an air conditioner that I pay on every month that I got from them and no one can seem to fix it.

This is my second time using Reliable - first for heating & air - this time for plumbing. Scheduling was lightning fast. I was able to get a next day appointment and the phone rep was very friendly and professional. The plumber that serviced the appointment, Chad, was as nice as could be. He was friendly, respectful, but most importantly, knowledgeable. He fixed the garbage disposal easily and quickly then provided guidance on future maintenance. He was super honest about the additional services my home could need for it's (relatively new) age, and which ones made since to wait and see if I needed. He wasn't pushy but still explained the benefits of other services, like water filtration, that the company offers. It was an overall very good experience and I'm very glad that I switched to Reliable from Estes.

I chose Reliable Heating & Air, Plumbing and Electrical because they had 45+ years as a company and had good reviews. I could not be happier with our experience tracking down and fixing a pesky electrical outlet! David Holmes was excellent! He was very informative, shared his knowledge and recommendations freely, and was a pleasure to converse with while he worked. He was very professional, took his time, and explained what he was doing, and when he accidentally damaged a light fixture (no fault of his own, it was installed incorrectly!) he comped us a new, better one and installed it for free! That is great service if I've ever seen it! I will definitely be returning to this company in the future!

Had the worst experience with this company. We set up a free estimate, had someone out the next day, which was great. We let the salesman know that we wanted to move ahead, then didn’t hear from him for several days until we reached out to the office. He came back out to get us to sign the paper work and set up an install 2 days later. (This was a week after the estimate) No one showed up for install, we call and they said someone new in the office didn’t actually put us on the schedule. So they reschedule it again. No one shows up, we call and their truck broke down. I put a review on google, got a call instantly and was threatened that if I didn’t take it down we wouldn’t get the $500 next day guarantee. Took down the review and reschedule again. This is now 2 weeks in, no one shows, we call and are told that we have been removed from the schedule by the install manager because we need more duct work. When the salesman came out he NEVER said anything about needing new duct work. So he comes out 2 days later and gives us a new estimate, even though we had already signed the contract and told us we could either pay for it and still get the $500 guarantee or they would cover and we wouldn’t get the $500 guarantee. We agreed that they could cover the duct work. 2 days later we finally have 2 guys come out to install (three weeks from our initial call). They were great and everything went well. We get one last call from the salesman to get us to sign off on the job. He said he was going to give us the $500 guarantee because of all the issues we had and that we should receive it in a few days. Never showed up, so we call and he said that they weren’t going to do it now that they covered the duct work. This company has the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. Every time we called and asked to speak to a manager we were told that their managers didn’t do anything and couldn’t help with any of our issues. I sent emails to their customer service and contact us portal and never received any responses.
