Justin was very professional. He did an awesome job. We had a shower faucet leak and need to repair the old shower faucet. Justin provided great customer service. I will definitely recommend and will use Clearwater in the future

I had an emergency where my hot water heater was leaking and my garbage disposal was humming. I gave Clearwater, plumbing a call on a Saturday and I got the help I needed. Justin was my assigned plumber. He was very professional, very fun to deal with and he got the job done in a timely fashion. Justin kept me posted and explained everything he was doing as we walked around together. I think him so much for his professionalism. Justin Mills, you’re the best!!

Bradd was very professional. He explained the issue in a way that I was able to understand. He was very considerate and compassionate about my situation. The office was experiencing a high volume of business matters but Bradd and his team kept their cool. They helped me submit a claim to my insurance company. I’m looking forward to seeing how this process goes. I’m hopeful that the outcome will be favorable. So far so good! Great customer service.

Justin and his helper were awesome. They went above and beyond to get my old jetted tub out that had jacked up by another repair person that caused us not to be able to use our tub for 5 yrs. Justin re-did all the plumbing, installed new fixtures and installed my new jetted tub. There was a little bump in the road with the test run when the couplings that attach the hoses to the motor were loose and there was a small leak ( these couplings had a factory on it saying it was fitted) They diagnosed the issue and fixed it right away. It now runs wonderful and works like a dream. I also had Justin run a camera from my kitchen to the main drain hub to check for blockages (we have had them before). They were professional, efficent, and very knowledgeable. Plus the price was reasonable for their service. Highly recommend them. THANK YOU!!!!

It is my pleasure to highly recommend Clearwater Plumbing to you. My wife recently made an appointment to help us fix a leak behind the vanity in our daughters' bathroom, and it started with the scheduling, which was easy and fast in turn around. The plumbers showed up on time, did fantastic work, explained what and why, and were extremely reasonable in terms of expense.
