Above and beyond service! I was needing my backflow replaced to pass city requirements since mine was no longer accepted by the city of Meridian. I needed it done by a certain date to avoid my water being shut off. Kody came out promptly and did a beautiful job! This team never fails! They have solved multiple issues in my home! I’m so glad to have them taking care of me!

Alex did a great job! He was professional, courteous, and friendly. I needed to upgrade my utility sink and replace the faucet, and have my water softener checked. I also wanted to evaluate replacing an outdoor bib and relocating the water shutoff to a more accessible spot. Alex patiently answered my questions and explained the options. He tested the softener and assured me that it was functioning well. Then he was able to complete everything else on my list. I am extremely happy with the new sink, faucet, outdoor bib, and a shutoff valve that is easy to access without going into the crawlspace!

Alex Puzas came yesterday to complete plumbing expecting. He was very thorough and professional, not to mention his great personality. I am very impressed with his knowledge. I’m very pleased with this company that hires such great technicians and staff. I appreciate the integrity this company has. It’s nice to rely on a company that’s honest and fair. Kayla Apple did my AC maintenance last week and she is also very impressive.

The office was fantastic with scheduling, and Brandon, Max, Devon, Jake, and Kody did outstanding work. It’s clear this team takes pride in their work and values doing right by their customers. We also hired Wickstrom for a service to our HVAC unit, and the team Harley, Carter, Austin and Ryan did a fantastic job! They were on time, respectful of our property, and completed the job faster than expected — all at a fair, transparent price.
