We had Chris come and do our electric work,he did a fantastic job. Went through the house to see what we needed and quoted the price. He did everything that was needed in a fast time. Surprised that he took the time to come out when the appointment was made because we were expecting the hurricane the next day and they could have canceled because of it but they didn't. The company has our high praise of a great service and great people

My furnace went out and I needed emergency service during the night. While the person I spoke with was kind and quick to get back with me, I was disgusted to hear the rate for an emergency service. The cost was $180 just to come out and nothing else. Then $550 dollars per hour to fix anything, assuming they had the parts. I understand the need for an upcharge during late hours but this feels completely predatory. The winter can be a dangerous time with extremely cold temperatures. While it is not their fault when something breaks down I don't see how they can morally charge a rate this high for an emergency service. Especially when they can't even come right away. I would not recommend this company during any hour for the simple fact that they will squeeze you for what they can when you are in a vulnerable moment.
