Vander Hyde Service

We started using Vander Hyde last year for all our commercial use. They are amazing! Such good service and excellent communication. From calling to schedule something, to the tech on site everyone is friendly, helpful and kind. It's a breath of fresh air to have a service company with these qualities. I cannot recommend them more!

Dan and Andre were professional and friendly. They answered all of my questions. They did an excellent job on the installation. They cleaned up as they went along and when they were finished.

First and Last!!! This was going to be my first and is now my last time using Vander Hyde service. Needing an AC unit installed I called and left a general voicemail. Vander Hyde woke me up from a dead sleep calling at 7:50 in the morning, apparently the lady couldn't tell by my groggy voice that I had just woke up and started rambling on about services. So I asked the questions I needed to ask... Can I purchase a unit and have them install it.... Her attitude completely changed to more course and aggressive with me. I'm sorry, reason I own a half million dollar house It's not by throwing money out the window.... It's by being smart with it. So yes I'm going to ask questions to make sure I'm getting my money's worth. I will not do business with that kind of attitude I received. And not to mention she hung up on me while I had her on mute so I could use the restroom after JUST waking up. WOW!

Gavin did such a. Incredible job. He was thorough, very professional, and articulate in the options available. Plus- he was early! What company does that these days!! Thank you so much for getting our AC back up and running again. I would give you and your receptionist 7/5 stars if I could!! Thank you!

Great visit from Jeff to look at our 34 years old furnace. A fault generated had prevented the AC from working, so Jeff was able to diagnose that, get it running so currently we can't heat, but can at least run the AC while we ponder how to move forward - almost certainly with a replacement furnace.
