Excellent crew you have working for you guys. Today was 90 degrees out and they crew showed up and worked hard all day to get the job done by the end of the day. So far everything is hooked up and working great. Thank you for delivering the job well done!

This is the second time we have called MacDonald plumbing service and both times we have enjoyed excellent service! The serviceman is very polite and explains any questions in terms that I could understand. I honestly don't believe we would ever want to call anybody else for our plumbing service needs. It is also good to know not everybody is out to rip you off their charges are more than reasonable. Michael was the name of the technician we had and he comes highly recommended by us! McDonald’s diagnosed & fixed a drain issue outdoors that’s been a problem for 23 years. They were able to schedule the work in a very quick & limited timeframe. They are excellent. After fixing the initial drain issue, on 1.22.24 they completed putting that drain into a retention tank that was recently discovered in the yard. McDonald came back on 4.18.25 to complete one more link in the drain issue problem to ensure continued flow with limited maintenance. Since it involved a portion they had worked on before they improved that section at no cost to me. Ben K. & Thomas did a phenomenal job. I’ve now seen them work through rain, sleet, & snow to get the job done. I continue to highly recommend them!!

Kevin was awesome! He was very nice and considerate of the price to repair our tub clog, valves, and fixtures. We were so nervous about the price because we did not plan obviously for our tub to clog so we are very happy about the fair price! We will be recommending our friends and family to call McDonald Plumbing for their next plumbing service repair.
