Service Professor

Hired them because I thought they were professionals. However, clearly not. I received a quote for a job to line a section of my sewer pipe. First, they quoted me above 15,000, which sounded absolutely absurd, and clearly was because they ended up agreeing to around 10,000. THEY SHAVED of 1/3 of the price. But it gets way worse. I CONTINUALLY asked them if they were certain they could do the job before removing the flooring. They assured me they could, but it turns out they couldn't because they mistook the gap space between my two pipes as an anomoly when it was a connection section to a 3rd drain outlet. They then TRIED TO CHARGE me over 4,000 dollars for prepping the job they could no longer do. I told them hell no because that was not what was agreed upon in the contract and had to demand my down payment back. They then left my floor in ruins and even broke pieces of the floor when removing it. I clearly was wrong about them being professional at all

Rich was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, he demonstrated expertise, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. He clearly explained each step of the diagnostic and repair process, which helped us understand exactly what was going on with our AC unit. Rich was not only knowledgeable, but also kind, respectful, and easy to work with. We felt confident in his work and truly appreciated his transparency and thoroughness. 10/10 — highly recommended! His employer should know what an asset he is to the team.

I had service Professor put in a new central air unit and furnace. The team, starting with the marketing rep to the installers, were absolutely wonderful. They were polite, professional and worked in a very clean manner. They put down runners to keep my light carpets clean and shoe covers when needed. They were very kind to my two dogs and my dog's absolutely loved them. I would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you for all you did and I will be using you in the future.

Wonderful experience! Everyone we worked with was very professional. Our electrical panel in our home was "full" (actually overloaded) and we had no room to hook up the hot tub. I received a detailed estimate and explanation of work that needed to be done to bring everything up to code and then wire in the hot tub. We received notification 30 minutes before arrival and they arrived on time. The team was Austin, Riley, Billy and Nate. They communicated with us throughout the day explaining what was going on and what the next steps were. Unfortunately, they ran into issues only because the wiring in our home didn't come straight into the house and went through cinder block - I know it wasn't fun! The installation for the hot tub looks wonderful! You can't tell the hot tub is wired anywhere! They carefully pulled up some deck boards and ran everything under our deck! This was not in the original plan but looks SO much better with the extra effort that was put in. They ended up being here for over 12 hours. Did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything! From the basement to outside I didn't run across even a small piece of wire. Thank you guys for such a professional job!! I am very pleased!

Phenomenal experience! Purchased a Generac whole house generator. Everything and everyone was just absolutely wonderful... from the consult / sales guy to the installers themselves. I can't recommend these guys enough!
