They came in and remove the old water heater. Then installed the new one. In and out and just over two hours. They did a great job!! I definitely use them again. A month later, I had them install electrical panel. They did an awesome job! Still would hire them again.

I'm absolutely satisfied with my choice to go with Vredevoogd instead of a smaller Mom & Pop business in my area. They were incredibly responsive, scheduling a service call for my ancient "freon" AC unit for the very next day. When I told Steve I couldn't stand being hot, he made an honest recommendation for a 2.5-ton unit, even though a 2-ton was technically sized for my condo. This "beast" was clearly designed for maximum comfort, ready to tackle Michigan's hottest summer days. The installation was just as prompt, happening the day after. The team was exceptionally thorough, protecting my home by fully covering their path with heavy-duty drop cloths. They patiently answered all my questions and even encouraged me to call their office with any new ones. I truly feel this investment was worth the money. I'm incredibly happy with the outcome and highly recommend Vredevoogd!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Jesse and his co-worker very detailed and explained things as they went through their process. Came out very quickly to diagnose the problem with the AC unit. Identified and fixed the problem within 90 from start to finish! I will be back again next time I have an issue! Great job!!!!

It was a pleasure working with this company. Our sales representative (Paul O) was very informative and explained everything in great detail. He was prompt in returning a few phone calls I made to him before and after we decided to go with this company. Our installation professionals (Jake and Mike) were nice, polite, fun, and easy to talk to. One or both would stop working to answer the questions we had. The areas they worked in were cleaned up when they finished. You could tell while they were doing the installation that they enjoyed the work they do for customers. They were 2 great guys. The communication with the company was also a pleasant experience, with friendly staff, updated reminders, and even a call from Jake with an ETA on the day of installation. I would highly recommend this company.
