Using state of the art inspection tools to identify the issue, the repair was completed in a timely manner. Additionally; the plumber recommended replacing the toilet to prevent similar events from occurring in the future. Within thirty days we purchased a new toilet and scheduled WD Plumbing for the project. The removal of the old toilet and installation the new one was completed with minimal disruption.
