Our situation began one week ago with a water leak. They came out and stated they couldn't find a leak and blew out our a/c condenser line and said there is possibly a crack in the line since the attic was dry and the water was in the wall. NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT THE A/C UNIT NOT WORKING PROPERLY. This was $300 and change. Then, they sent out a reconstruction service to assess the damage and began demolition within 2hrs of the first service call. They tore out sheet rock, carpet, on two floors and have set up 6-8 heaters and dehumidifiers to clear up the water damage. After all of this was done, the a/c has not worked, so we are unsure if the leak is fixed. All have been going from Wednesday to Monday (over the 4th of July weekend), and still running to clear up the water. Now, a week later, due to the leak not being fixed, our insurance company won't send an adjuster out. So, we contacted the company today, and scheduled an appointment between 12-2pm. At 4:30pm they show up. Now, saying our a/c unit condenser is bad, but no leak unless it is going down into the bathroom. I said how do you know there is no leak if the a/c isn't running (no condensation due to it not running, so no leak would be observed). He did end up using bottles of water to check for any further leaking. Needless to say, more money spent. Saying it is just a coincidence, but I am not so sure. Anyway, use your judgment. Giving them the benefit of the doubt so rating 3/5. Employees have been nice and respectful. No issues with them.

We had a new AC unit placed with one days notice. Chris stayed late at our house and confirmed at 6:00 pm we can have a new AC unit replaced the next morning. The team was on time, did a great job, the AC unit looks great. They fixed our “warm room” problem, re routed our thermostat and gave us a new extra return vent. Price was great, service 10 stars for entire team. It’s rare folks do a great job thanks you Frymire !!

Aaron Divin was my technician, and let me say, he provided the most excellent service I’ve had in a long time! He was friendly, personable, listened actively to what issue I had and what I had done up to this point, and clearly and professionally explained the steps he went through to check everything. He was able to spot details that I guarantee 90% of people would miss, and he went seriously above and beyond. I accredit specifically Aaron to Frymire being the people I will call if something goes wrong next time, because that kind of service deserves recognition and repeat business! Thanks Aaron! The service team was awesome, very responsive and respectful. They arrived and immediately went to replacing our two (2) water heaters which were upstairs in the attic. The two service technicians came in and explained what they were here to install and got to work immediately. I am grateful that this company used quality professional equipment and provides excellent customer service support. I would and will recommend Frymire and Strittmatter to our neighbors, family and friends…

Mauricio (Moe) was on time and very thorough. Came out to help on a Sunday morning with a fabulous attitude. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get the job done well. I recommend him highly.
