My experience with Berkeys was great. The service was wonderful. It was fast. The guys were in and out. They even called in the inspection and everything pass great work.

Perfect! The technician arrived on time, gave him a quick tour, he went right to work. I loved the fact that there were no power tools used on the small screws, which destroy threads. He completed all the task on his check off sheet, for all three units. After inspection, testing, and cleaning, he drafted up the reports, explained his findings. The end! Job well done, very professional, and courteous. A good member to have on your team! Thank you!

Berkey's Asher & Jake worked very hard doing an amazing and thorough install upstairs of 2 new 50 gallon water heaters . They were very professional & careful from start to finish including a great clean up. I was really impressed with both men and the high quality of knowledge and workmanship. The price was very competitive & fair compared to the other 2 quotes including online. They also had the very best and longest 12 year parts & labor Warranty from Berkey's. I have used them before with an electrical issue and they were just as competent, and efficient with that too. They are really capable, fair and excellent at what they do.

We had a catastrophic leak in our #2 water heater which was installed in the attic above our garage. Luckily it was noticed quickly and we shut off the water, thermostat, and gas. Berkeys was able to find an opening in their schedule to arrive within 2hrs of the incident. Thomas arrived with his team and got to work. Since my city requires certain code requirements the job took a little longer than anticipated, but the results, and peace of mind, were worth it . Since we had Berkey's replace our #1 water heater in 2023 with their product, asked for the same this time around and were not disappointed.
