Wade Hardin has been my go-to plumbing company for decades. Having good, honest companies is VERY important to me both as a homeowner and as a property manager. I cannot list all the things they have done for me over the years, both in my personal home and my rentals but almost every job has been completed in good time and at a decent rate. The one job, over five years ago that was not done satisfactorily, the service manager himself came to the jobsite and corrected. From garbage disposals(3), toilet and tub repairs(multiple), hot water heaters (2), faucets(multiple), sinks(multiple), even the outdoor spigots, and so many other things (I have zero idea how tenants break so much), they come quickly and get the jobs done fast. An added bonus is their office staff; they have been very helpful, compassionate, and professional over the years. Thank you guys. I appreciate everything. N. Foley

They charged us $357.00 for coming over for five mins and never fixed the issue. They told us they would be back with the part one day and never came back because they added labor for two days in a row and it literally only took them five mins to put the part on that never got fixed. I would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy.

Mr Hardin and his team did a fantastic job with a water leak in my business office Not only were they prompt in arriving and fixing the leak they repaired the ceiling afterwards The fees were reasonable I would highly recommend them any time you need plumbing services

The servicemen did a good job.When I made this appointment, I was told the hourly fee by the Office Manager. He was totally misleading when providing me the information. He NEVER told me about additional fees, and that the hourly fees starts when the service call is made. I made an appointment the week prior, not a same day service call. I was charged for 2 hours when the appointment only took 1 hour and 5 minutes. When I called about the extremely high bill, the billing person said that there was a disposal fee but that I wasn't charge for it. I should not have been charged for it because the Office Manager told me the disposal was included. I understand plumbing and electrical services are costly, but why be misleading about the cost of the service just to justify over charging. I am submitting this review so that no other hard working family needing honest work done will USE THIS COMPANY! It is so sad to feel that this company thinks it is alright to over charge, be dishonest, and provide misleading information. I had to remind myself that God is watching! Do not use this company!

My bathtub was running nonstop. They showed up quick and communicated very well through the process. My bathtub honestly works better now than before. 10/10 highly recommend.
