Cape Fear Air, Electric, & Plumbing

Our AC stopped working while having some of the highest real feel temperatures so far this year. After getting estimates for a brand new 3 ton unit install from 3 companies, we felt that Cape Fear Air was the best option for us; and I'm glad we picked them! Parker and Cash did an amazing job! They were diligent in their work, knowledgeable and informative, polite and respectful, and cleaned up well after the job was complete. The system is working great! So thankful to both of them and Cape Fear Air!

My husband and I felt very taken care of throughout the process of having our HVAC replaced. It's always stressful to be dealing with a large, unexpected expense but through Cape Fear it was as painless as such a thing could be. Our project manager Eric was very responsive and worked with us to get us what we needed in a very short amount of time. Prior to Eric coming out we had estimates from a few other places, one of which was more than DOUBLE the cost that Cape Fear estimated!! The financing through Wells Fargo Project is also MUCH more reasonable. The install crew: Parker, Hayden, Tory - were all awesome. Very respectful, professional, and thorough. We are very happy with our unit so far. I also felt like everyone was very honest and trustworthy. We also had an electrician come out for a separate request (Harrison). He has been very generous with his time, answering a ton of questions and providing various options to consider for what we're trying to accomplish. We also had plumbing come out for an estimate (sorry, can't remember the two guys' names), they were also equally great. They provided several price point options for us to consider and also answered a ton of questions. Overall, extremely impressed with every step of the process with this company.

We recently had a mini split unit installed in our garage by CapeFearAirElectric & Plumbing. Tom was the master service tech, Hayden was his apprentice and Harrison was the electrician. The bottom line is the installation job was first class with obvious attention to detail. If I owned a similar business I would hire them in a second. The service industry is lucky to have these three young men with their strong work ethic in the work force.

The install team of Parker, Hayden, Tori and Erick put in a whole new heat pump and duct work to our home. They were very professional and at the same time down to earth and friendly. They did this in 5 days and averaged 10 hours a day. Our new system is amazing, and I will not hesitate in calling them for all our heating and air needs. Thank you all. We also had electrical work done by Harrison and Keith, with the same professionalism. Their work was done in 1 day, with the same great service.

I had a split mini system installed in my Daughter's 1940 house. It was a challenge to install due to the thick wood and foam in the walls. The technicians, Tom Max Harrison worked very hard to overcome the obstacles and securely fasten the unit. I really appreciate their hard work. and dedication to the job. I recommend Cape Fear air . I also had them install a unit in my house previously with great results.
