Ronald was very professional when coming out to my home for mitigation services. He was a really nice and approachable person. As an employee he told me what he was doing. My problem was not with him but the company as a whole because I could never get any kind of person in charge to answer needed questions. I was told several times not to worry that they would handle working with my insurance but they never did. The work they came to do was never completed. I was left with a job half done and a bill.

Very professional and honest. Only did what was necessary. Didn't have any issues with quality Michael and Son are going to rule the Raleigh Metro and surrounding areas. I have always seen them around and wanted to hire them for something finally got a chance and needed a valve replacement for my water supply. This wasn't a tough task but something that needs to work perfectly. Petey got it done with his expertise and I didn't have any concerns about him doing it right. Would definitely be a master level plumbing.

Trevor is a great asset to your company. Stephan is awesome too. Knowledgeable and communicates everything to you. Hard worker w great work ethics. Michael & Son has a new customer for life. Thanks again!

Robert's crew - Upstairs attic and Joe's crew - Garage did a great job with their ac/heat installations. The crews were on time and assessed their situation, cover all work areas and the cleanup was like they were never there. These two crews were very skillful, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and almost robotic in their process to complete two upgraded and highly functional systems in one day with no issues that were not resolved. We are extremely and completely happy with our installations by Michael and Son Services. Thank you guys!

Chris was so professional and good on explaining his work. He is a very good electrician and was able to put in our ceiling fast in a very efficient manner. He also did inspect our electrical system. Thank you! Carlo is amazing! He is a professional HVAC tech with all the skills you can imagine. He is so efficient and checked all the necessary details that needs attention. He is also kind hearted and warm as his character shows how much he loves what he is doing. I definitely recommend this company!
