Chris Frye did a superb job installing two new water heaters in our home. He went above and beyond what we expected, fixing things that were not originally done correctly to the old water heaters that could have been a problem, thus, making it even better. He was polite, professional, and meticulous about his work. We feel confident in the work he did, and we appreciate the effort he put in to get it done right. Josh is highly professional, respectful, and efficient in his work. He took the time to ensure there were no leaks after replacing the system in the kitchen and made sure all components—including the faucet—were properly tightened after noticing it was loose. Excellent service!! Plumbing BFW had a technician out on the same day. Ty McDougald was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and patient. The immediate problem was solved, and he quickly arranged to have a follow-up appointment for a further assessment of home damage that might not be visible. To date, this is one happy customer!!!!
