Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Called Roto Rooter for a quote on a faucet replacement and because we noticed the wood looked wet under the vinyl we were removing to update the flooring. Scheduled an appointment online and received a call quickly to confirm. Monday Zack, their plumber came out with Marcus their water mitigator to assess. Marcus explained the process and how the meter worked, checked the bathroom floors and walls and found moisture. Checked the crawl space, and discovered the tub drain pipe had burst and water was leaking into the flooring which spread to the walls too. The following morning the Water Restoration Team came out and got to work. Marlon and Richie were very professional, efficient, and helpful as they packed up the rooms and then start the removal. 2 complete bathroom tear outs, my bedroom and closet flooring, and the hallway flooring removed, along with removing the wet insulation from the crawl space, and treated all wood for potential mold in 3 days! They were very patient and worked around us, documented everything with pictures, and made sure to leave access to items we requested. Every day they finished, they cleaned up the areas, removed trash, loaded the trash in their truck, and notified me when they would return the following day. What was a very stressful and foreign situation to deal with, not only for me as the home owner, but my boys, and our pets, was less stressful thanks to Marcus, Marlon, and Richie due to their knowledge, help, positive attitudes, and quick work. Very thankful for them and would highly recommend them.

The whole crew was a joy to work with in such a terrible event. Our 1st floor of our townhouse was completely flooded by the neighbors hot water valve releasing, flooding their whole first floor and our first floor. Roto-Rooter was able to identify this quickly and start mitigation extremely quick. They are very professional and understanding. They helped us with water and the remodeling process. They worked directly with my insurance company to get things rolling quickly. Water was cleaned up so fast that it had no chance to have any mold buildup. They made the whole process stress free. I would recommend them 100 times over for anyone with plumbing or flood damage.

Blake was amazing! He understood what was needed and explained in detail what he needed to do to help us resolve our problem. The lines are clear and I couldn’t be any happier- for reference, the house is almost a hundred years old and needed some tlc. Blake delivered!! I will definitely call again if I ever have a need to. Ten out of ten service and at a very fair price! Blake left the yard looking great!

Had a leak in the toilet I called Friday at 3 to have someone come look at the toilet. They had someone come within the couple hrs I called and installed a new toilet very professional and worked in a timely fashion. Great people. Thank you Henry and Greg for your great help

I’m so grateful for the attention to detail and genuine care John and RJ showed while working on my home. As a first-time homeowner, dealing with needed repairs can feel overwhelming and stressful, but they made the process so much easier. They was patient, answered all my questions, and took the time to explain each step of the work he was doing over the two days they were here.
