Air Experts Heating & Cooling

I have used Air Experts for HVAC services for several years now. They have installed a mini split, central air AC unit(previous owner of the home), and now some plumbing repairs as well. I had an HVAC PM service appointment for regular maintenance and the tech noticed a bad water leak in my crawl space. He scheduled a visit from their plumbing department to repair and then another appointment to give me a quote for replumbing the entire house at my request. The price seemed fair and reasonable so I accepted the quote on a Monday and they got to work that Thursday. It was a full 2 day job but the guys just finished up and successfully replaced all of the rotten copper piping in my entire home w/ Pex. Nice professional technicians did a good job and cleaned their mess up well once the job was done. I would recommend this company for any HVAC or Plumbing services.

Mike Pearce is outstanding. He was thorough and explained everything he did and found along the way. I will be requesting him for every service going forward. This is a good company. People like Mike make it great! I believe I am getting my moneys worth.

Today 8/15 our air conditioner needed to be repaired quickly! We were fortunate to have meant Roger our technician for the job! He is very knowledgeable, kept us informed throughout! He pointed out the problem and promptly began the repair even in the rain! He took time needed to access the issue! His kindness was notable as my husband asked all kinds of question which didn’t bother Roger! We certainly recommend Roger with high marks! He is amazing! Just had Tech Matt out for our AC tune-up, and he was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly thorough, never rushed the inspection, and meticulously checked every component to ensure we're ready for the cooling season ahead. The communication with the office team was also top-notch – always professional, prompt, and helpful. I was particularly impressed with the comprehensive invoice they provided, which included all the system readings and clear, actionable recommendations. It was a great experience from start to finish. They clearly earn their excellent reputation, and I'm happy to add my enthusiastic recommendation!

The install team was efficient, respectful, competent and well-trained. My compressor rests on a 12 foot high platform that required a lift that other HVAC companies seemed hesitant to tackle, but this team didn’t complain, they just got the job done. This is my 2nd Air Experts installation, and I highly recommend them for quality of work and fair pricing.
