Overall, I had a great experience with United Air Temp. I was connected to them through my home warranty. They did great work and were deducted to solving the issues I was having. It took several trips to diagnose the main problem, but ultimately they found an installation issue and once it was identified they fixed it in about 30 seconds. The technicians were great! Thanks again Marcus and Hector! The only reason I’m not going 5 stars is because I did have some frustration with the main office and scheduling. On one trip I was given a window of 0900-midnight, but thankfully Marcus showed up mid-afternoon. On the final trip when they finally solved the issue there was some confusion with scheduling. I scheduled the appointment directly with the technician, but when I called the customer service to confirm they didn’t see it at first. Then confirmed, only for me to receive a call later saying the schedule was full. However, I told them I had confirmation from the tech. Not sure if there was a communication issue within the company, but he did show up as scheduled. Ultimately the issue was a stuck damper that was unnecessary on my dual zone system. It was stuck closed, restricting airflow to my upper level. Thanks for your diligent effort to solve this issue.

United Air Temp provided a first class experience. I was connected with them through my home warranty to fix my AC which wasn’t running. I scheduled an appointment at 11 pm at night and the technician arrived at 5 pm the following day. The technician was very passionate of his work and explained every step he was taking to resolve the issue. Within an hour of the technician arriving at my house, the AC was up and running. He provided instructions on ways to prevent the issue from happening again. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great, quick service. It was obvious Jack cared about his work. He clearly explained what he was doing to fix my AC unit. I was thankful to have a dedicated HvAC repairman when the temperatures were nearly 100 degrees! If the time comes that I have to replace my unit, I’d definitely consider United Air Temp.

Marcus was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair process clearly, and completed the work with great attention to detail. Jacob came out to do our annual AC service as part of our maintenance contract. Despite the heat, he crawled into the attic and tested every component thoroughly. He gave me a full run down on the system and gave some great tips for keeping g our system running smoothly. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
