Jose did a phenomenal job from communicating his arrival all the way through. He showed up on time and took the time to thoroughly diagnose the root cause of our problem, keep us informed at each step with options, and promptly sourced the materials he needed to complete the repair in the same visit. This was not a standard toilet repair and involved determining a few mistakes made by previous owners and installations, and the price was very reasonable given the totality of work and the completeness of the diagnosis and repair (nothing superficial about it). Top notch professional through and through and the quality of the service and repair is 5 star. Highly recommended.

Luis and Logan from Michael & Son were fantastic! They installed a gable fan in our attic, and the entire process was seamless. They arrived on time, were very professional, and explained exactly what they were doing every step of the way. They worked efficiently and left the workspace spotless. We're already feeling the difference in our house's temperature, and we're so glad we had them do the job. We highly recommend Luis and Logan for their excellent work and great customer service!
