Stephen is great! Very experienced kind and helpful. This was an estimate we are still considering but are very happy with so far. Our lead technician, Tyler, asked the right questions and made solid suggestions. He is also a talent to keep. I’m very glad he did our assessment. On the day of installation, Joaquin was the first to arrive and very kind and respectful. Roberto is also kind and super professional. They are both talented plumbing installers who consistently made great decisions during the project. We received a new pressure reducing valve, tankless water heater, and laundry pro system in less than one day. Perfect team, perfect project. Thank you my wife now has hot water on the main floor and in the upstairs bathroom. After 7 years of misery and inconsistency with water pressure and temperature, this is the wisest investment we’ve made. Looking forward to meeting tomorrow’s HVAC installers from Cardinal. Josh and Cruz did our HVAC replacement today and got everything working perfectly. They are a great team. Knowledgeable and responsive. They listened to me and I listened to them. Came home from a 10 day vacation to be greeted by a hole in my kitchen ceiling with water dripping on the floor from the pipes supplying water to my upstairs. Called Cardinal Plumbing and got a same day appointment with a window for arrival. Cardinal plumbing is very communicative , sending several texts to confirm arrival window was still good. Willie and Gabriel arrived on time, were professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem as a relatively simple issue with a leaky toilet line (no major plumbing issue). Repairs made in less than an hour and couldn’t be more happy with Willie and Gabriel; great team and fantastic service!

We first used Cardinal to replace the heat pump unit in our townhouse. They did a great job! When we moved and our new house needed an HVAC replacement (it was over 30 years old), we chose Cardinal again and have been very happy with their work and the results. They have reasonable prices and offer financing. Their techs are friendly and very knowledgeable. We’ve also recommended the to family and friends who have all said they were happy with the service Cardinal provided!

Cardinal was quick to respond and get a technician, Brian, out to the house. Cardinal dispatch and Brian were professional, courteous and responsive. Brian clearly is an expert plumber and made quick work of our hot water heater plumbing - fixing my own mistakes. I would recommend Cardinal and Brian to any prospective customers. UPDATE: used Cardinal again and Brian came back out promptly to replace the hot water heater (this had nothing to do with earlier work). Brian was a monster moving out the 400 pound 1989 old behemoth water heater and made sure the new one was properly installed. This was a cramped space and Brian had to get the old massive girl lifted five feet out of the crawl space - nothing short of Herculean effort. Great work and we highly recommend Cardinal and Brian for all your plumbing needs.
