Adam provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable and was able to determine in less than 10 minutes what the issue was. He was very friendly, very polite, very confident and comfortable with me following him and asking him questions. He explained the issue and cost and I agreed with the cost and for the part to be replaced. Adam was PHENOMENAL! The entire process and experience with Michael & Son Services was exceptional from the beginning to the end. I will use them again if needed and I will be more than happy to recommend them to others. Had them as our primary A/C guys and they were out doing a routine system check. The person who came out fell through the ceiling. There was no call or apology by a manager and the ceiling in the bedroom is still not fixed. Have tried calling and emailing to get the ceiling fixed to no avail. Will not be using them going forward.

I like Michael & Sons! It is a great service to pay monthly to get regular inspections on electrical, plumbing, heating & air! However, there is no way they will install a ceiling fan for me when the minimum price is $315! I had an electricians apprentice install it. He charged $75. I gave him $100. I saved at least 66% and he did a great job! Some people will pay whatever they are quoted and not know any better. I'm willing to pay more for knowledge, professionalism, clean, safe work and great service. Not 3X more! I'll settle for knowledge and clean, safe work!

Had Electric box replaced in my garage. Box is over 30 years old. Michael and Son charged me $ 5700.00. The power to my house was shut down for over 36 hours. I had to stay in a hotel for the night. Hotel (Hampton Inn) cost me $169 for one night. I lost all my food in my freezer (inside my garage). Lost all my food inside my Refrigerator. This was the worse experience I’ve ever experienced with Michael and Son. Paying $5700 to replace my electricity box should not take 36+ hours. Would not recommend Michael and Son to ever replace an electric box ever again. Totally unacceptable and disappointing. I had a really bad experience with Michael and Son.

Eddie was proficient and professional at his job. His explanation of what was wrong and additional things I could do to make my unit work even better was good to know. Any further service from Michael and Sons I would like to have Eddie come and do the service. Outstanding service from this technician. Thanks for sending him to service my system.
