I had a "cousin Eddie "septic system moment on the weekend at my house recently. I called Thompson Brothers and they had someone at my house within the hour and the problem was solved within two hours. The service provider was courteous and explained the repairs needed. I highly recommend Thompson Brothers for any and all plumbing needs.

BUYER BEWARE: If there was an opportunity to give a negative star rating I would. Thompson Brothers installed plumbing on our new construction home 2 years ago. We've had MULTIPLE issues since related to plumbing (leaking faucets, not correctly winterizing plumbing in garage that lead to pipes bursting, etc.). The reason for this review is due to this company's lack of accountability of faulty installation/parts on our sump pump that resulted in 6" of water flooding our entire basement. This damage will result in >$100k of loss and remediation. When I reached out to Jacob to explain the issue and asked for his assistance in filing an insurance claim, he explained that they "stand by their work". However, once I shared the details of our claim, WITHOUT STEPPING FOOT ON OUR PROPERTY to come see the issues for himself, I was told that the flooding was caused by exterior factors and had nothing to do with their product or installation. The emergency plumber (Jarboe's) that came out to stop the flooding confirmed that the issue was caused by a check valve that wasn't properly secured at installation. We are now having an independent inspector coming to the house to assess our entire plumbing system and will be pursing legal action. While Thompson Bros. Plumbing may "stand behind their work" when it comes to loose faucets or clogged drains...good luck getting them to "stand behind their work" when a REAL issue occurs. You've been warned.

We had a leak in our home over the weekend and the first plumbing company told us it was our main water line so they turned our water off at the street and left. We couldn't get them to come back out and we still had water actively leaking. So the next day we called 10 different plumbers and nobody was willing to come out until the next week and we couldnt wait a week with the leak. We called Thompson Brothers next and they said they could come take a look for us. Right away they were confident that it was our water heater. We weren't expecting them to replace the water heater that day but they gave us a fair price and said they could get it done the same day. They started draining our old one and left to go pick up the new one. Paul and Anderson were excellent to work with, very professional. We will definitely use Thompson Brothers again and highly recommend them! A+
