Very pleased with our experience! Called and got scheduled for the next day. Alex Adkisson came out. We told him what was going on within seconds he had a pretty good idea what the issues were. Had a quote for us within minutes and got to work instantly. He was fast and efficient. Explained things in detail. Highly recommend!
Service that I received today was exceptional. He not only was pleasant but extremely thorough and we analyzed and dealt with my cooling issues. I recommend them without any hesitation. Chris is a total delight!
The individuals involved in this project performed exceptionally well. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for ensuring that the process was as seamless as possible for us. Initially, I was hesitant to proceed with the installation, as we were primarily seeking estimates. However, after spending the entire day with three distinct contractors, the enthusiasm, willingness, and professionalism from Josh Walker made the prospect of waiting seem insurmountable. Our interactions were characterized by a sense of camaraderie and friendship, rather than the transactional nature of a business relationship. After Josh’s departure, I informed my husband that his presence on the crew had instilled a sense of comfort in me, as neither my husband nor I could be present for the installation the following morning due to his exceptional character. Trustworthiness is a rare commodity in today’s world, and Josh and the crew from Drexler’s exceeded our expectations and provided an exceptional experience.
Tom Drexler came out on August 1st around 3PM. First off, I wanted to say that my system was working perfectly fine. I am fully aware that I am a little low on refrigerant, but other than that, it has been working marvelously. Anyways, they came out for the biannual routine maintenance for my system, which I was hesitant on in the first place, but I figured how could they mess up a system that all they’re doing is cleaning it? The gentleman came out, he was very pleasant and was telling me different things about the system inside of the house. Nothing is wrong with the system, it has been working perfectly fine. Even whenever it was reaching almost 100° outside, the system had been working like a champ. The service technician was at the house for just a little over an hour, and he cleaned the system inside and out. He took the cover off of the system outside, including the panel that covers all of the wires And cleaned everything which instituted him spraying it down with the water hose. After he left, we didn’t think too much about the system because it was only 80° outside but we had noticed less than an hour after he left, the temperature was rising in the house. We basically made an immediate call not even 12 hours later because the system outside was NOT working. They said I would most likely be subject to an $89 service fee charge. They came out the very next day, on August 2nd and once again, tried saying that the reason why my system wasn’t working was because I was out of refrigerant. I was not out of refrigerant. The new technician finally started checking out my system. My contactor had stopped working (Which I am assuming is from the previous maintenance worker spraying it with water not even 12 hours prior?). But regardless, the system had stopped working right after the previous maintenance worker had messed with it and I was being charged $89 for what I feel like was their mess up. Then the new technician told me that the $89 service fee would be waived if I had them fix the contactor which was almost $400. The contactor piece itself is maybe $20 from the store And 15 minutes of your life to fix it. If the system had stopped working a couple weeks down the road after the maintenance cleaning, that would have been different. The system essentially stopped working right after the technician had messed with it and I am being shafted with a $89 bill Because according to the customer care worker, Tom Drexler was the one that diagnosed the issue. The issue that they caused. Never again. I want nothing to do with this company except for a refund for THEIR mistake.
Company is a corporate sham that doesn't have qualified technicians. The technician made shortcuts vs. doing the job correctly. You are made to sign up for a yearly contract to keep from getting price gouged, but even then, you are getting price gouged. Took the technician 3 HOURS to change out a simple "T" joint. Would not recommend. Completely gutted a hole in our garage.
