SKPHA has the potential to be a great company in NKY. What I like; 1. Call response time 2. Good workers, good manners 3. Communication & follow up in the process What I think needs to be improved; 1. Urgency: I need to shut off water for 3 days waiting for the repair 2. Clarity: No cost breakdown in the invoice, no warranty information in writing, no PMA program explained until I asked for. 3. Brand substitutions; Rheem was quoted and in the invoice but Ruud water heater was installed. I looked for the details and clarity when I select the service company, also this is a major project from the cost standpoint.

My new go to for heating and cooling and anything else. Great people great turnaround and wonderful communication. Their 2 year buyback is a testament to their confidence in their product. I’m so excited about my new hvac system

Chad came out today after our A/C went out. Issue was a simple fix but he spent the time to ensure he thoroughly checked our system and provided some great education along the way. We switched from a popular PE company and are so glad we did. Thank you!
