Wish I would have looked here for the reviews. Called them to come out after another company was out of their mind and wanted to change outstanding amount for an item that may not have been an issue. $195 charge to have a guy come out and look at it and not even check the indoor unit. They say they warranty their work. Let’s see!🧐 Guess what? I never heard back from them. Got another bill for $195 plus finance charges. I paid a fare price for the 15 min the tech to look at the unit. Never even pulled a screw to look at the indoor unit. Deleted the number from my contacts! Hard to find honest business in this area.

Super pleased with fast AC service call today. First day of heat dome heat wave and discovered no AC cooling. Fannon had me up and running two hours later. Impressive customer service! In addition, repair rep, Chip, was affable and pleasant to talk with while speedily recharging my refrigerant and checking my system. Whole experience proved why I've been dealing with Fannon for over 30 years.

TJ Fannon is one amazing team of professionals. The entire staff made sure that everything went smoothly with our home's conversion to gas. They installed a new gas furnace and lantern. GREAT SERVICE. GREAT PRICES. I highly recommend them.

Our Carrier system was showing some fault codes. A few neighbors recommended Fannon. Trisha(sp) was super nice on the phone and Warren came by the next day. Very impressed with his response, knowledge and helpfulness. Highly recommended!

I would like to give a Shout Out to the very fine technician from TJ Fannon who came to our home on Fairview Drive this week. He was able to solve an issue with our very old cast iron radiators. Seems TJFannon is one of the few companies left who service radiators. He fixed the problem by getting up in our attic and bleeding lots of air and water from the system. Thank you So Much!
