My second visit from Marc and his apprentice Zylon, this time to make space in my 200 amp Electrical Panel and run power to a new mini-split heat pump. The entire process went smoothly from making the appointment, to installation, to billing, to follow up after the installation. It's clear that this company values customer service. I also want to add that Mike and Quan did a wonderful job removing my old water heater and installing the new one. They cleaned up my garage of all the debris, answered all my questions, and even offered tips for maintenance, which I appreciated! I worked in customer service for over 14 years, so, my expectations are high when I'm the customer. I'm happy to say, I was not disappointed with my choice, and I have already recommended them to others!
