Update to original review: (first two photos bad unit) The mini-split system they installed on the day they did the duct work lasted a little over a month before breaking down. ARS sent technicians that found low freon. They did not have any with them, but got the unit running, it lasted a day and a half. Second technician had freon but no adapter. Sent, 3rd technician who determined the coil had a leak in the unit part mounted in the house. Sent new techs with new unit but no freon. When we made a huge fuss, they found freon and met our techs and then got the new unit running. What should have been a half day job turned into a 12 hour job. Maybe a little over 12 hours later that unit stopped working. We gave them a choice, replace with a known good working brand or give us our money back. It took them a full week to get us a brand we agrred upon and installed it today. This company has great technicians but carry a brand of mini-split that they know has a higher failure rate than others on the market. Make sure if you ever use them to specify the brand you know and just, don't rely on their sales rep to choose for you, lesson learned. (Original review)Technician that came to do our inspection was friendly and informative. He was also very considerate of our property and house. Recommended things he saw that could be improved. After recommendations we had them remove and replace our air duct system and install a mini split in one of our rooms.

My AC stopped working so I called ARS who sent a tech by the name of Reza Ehteshami who did a diagnostic of my outside hvac unit. He went out looked at it and five minutes later said the condenser compressor motor needed to be replaced OK. Did he did not remove the panel nor did he checked the unit in the attic before making an assumption it was the motor. A second opinion revealed that a voltage check or checking the unit in the attic may not have been done. He did not go to the attic now did he remove the panel from the outside unit. The tech found a blown fuse and a black spot on the motherboard in the attic, please see attached photo. I paid $127 to be told something that wasn’t accurate.

I was very impressed with the work Ali performed. He was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He cleaned up and hauled my replaced hot water heater away. I was also pleased with the instructions Keith provided on financing.

ARS was great. They got someone out here the same day! It was a late appointment but my friend Jose did not seem to care. He didn’t leave until 10:30! But he fixed everything. A clogged pipe basically at the sidewalk of our house. Very impressed by him and his work! Will 100% recommend ARS to others for plumbing needs.

I had an issue with toilet leaking but I am not sure where. Drew arrived promptly. He is very experienced and knowledgeable-- which really impressed me. He found out the toilet problem immediately and also fixed other long-time minor issues fast. He found out our pressure control device was broken (water pressure over 100) so he also fixed it fast to avoid long-term damages to in-house faucets and showers. I am really satisfied with Drew's service. He is very capable, efficient and warm-hearted. He taught me some easy tips too!
