June 20, 2025 Update: Jacob Huffman installed a new outdoor ceiling fan for me today. He also replaced a decrepit outdoor electrical outlet and installed a new outdoor outlet on my patio. He is just a joy to work with. He kept the work areas tidy and took extra care to seal the outlets to the vinyl siding. This time the ceiling fan had a separate receiver that was a bear to install and he was patient and got it done!! Thank you, Dilling and Jacob!! Jacob Huffman installed three ceiling fans and a light fixture in one of the baths. He was a joy to work with. Jacob took extra care during the installations and clean up. I appreciate his professionalism and positive demeanor. Once again, Dilling and Jacob provided stellar service!! Thank you!

We hit a waterline in our hair salon putting up some shelves. Dilling plumbing was one of two that answered at 7:30pm, they got a lot of information from us. Called us back first thing in the morning a little before 7am 🙌🏻 was at our place of business around noon. Thank goodness it was an easier fix than we thought. Russ was absolutely AMAZING! He kept everything so clean while he was working and also helped us put our heavy W/D back. We will definitely use them again if need and refer them out to our business neighbors. Thank you Russ you were great!

Jason and Will did a phenomenal job installing multiple fans and outlets in our home. Some were complicated due to the build of our home and they were thorough and did a great job. They were also so kind and courteous. We would be happy to invite them back for more work in the future!

We had a great experience with Trent Childers today. He helped to make our new Nest Thermostat functional and the house is cooling down. Yay! Honestly, so far all the technicians we have worked with from this company have been top notch. Very impressed. You never know what you will get with a membership service but I have to say it's been a very positive experience to date.

I had a great experience with Dilling! I called needing a new pressure control switch on our well. Micah came out promptly, and was very educated and cooperative, as I had purchased the switch myself, which required a different approach with billing. Micah explained the situation with our particular well, and old bladder unit, and we decided to replace a few more components along with the original pressure switch. Micah returned on the scheduled date and time, and completed the entire installation in a timely fashion, addressing other issues as they arose. We have a 20 year old pump assembly, located in a small structure, and carpenter bees love to hang around as well! I was very impressed with Micah's professionalism and skill! 10/10 experience, and priced reasonably to boot!
