Scheduling with Blanton’s was quick and hassle-free. I appreciated the consistent updates from the initial booking all the way through to the technician’s arrival. Lonnie showed up right on time, just as scheduled. He was friendly, cheerful, and clearly very knowledgeable. Throughout the visit, he kept me informed about what he was doing and explained his findings thoroughly. Lonnie didn’t just diagnose the issue—he walked me through several suggestions and options so I could make an informed decision. Thanks to his work, our house is now much cooler and more comfortable. Top-notch service all around—especially from Lonnie. Highly recommend!

We had issues with our upstairs toilet and a small leak in our downstairs toilet. Devon Ashley was our technician and he was unbelievably amazing! He arrived on time and was super polite and professional. He fixed both of our issues (even looked under our crawl space to check that there were no leaks there) and triple checked that everything was in working order before leaving. I would utilize Blanton’s again. Scheduling was easy and I was able to get scheduled quickly. I would also request Devon again specifically should I ever have another plumbing issue!

Justin was extremely helpful and gave us a breakdown of all our options. (Our water pressure was too high, and there was a risk to our hot water heater.). We are first-time home buyers, and it was good to know what we needed for preventative service. On the day of service, Justin explained the steps that he would take as well as maintenance issues for us to consider. Thank You, Justin for your courtesy and wonderful service. We hope to rely on you in the future.

I received a text with a photo and information about the technician assigned to us and I could track his travel. I received a text confirmation of the appointment. Geoffrey called to notify me of his expected arrival time. Geoffrey earned five stars because he arrived when he said he would, he knew was at my home to conduct a diagnostic, he explained the two problems with the HVAC system, had the equipment with him to complete the repairs, provided documents (e.g. summary, photos, readings etc.) via email, and was pleasant. The HVAC system is currently functioning as it should. And we hope/expect that this repair will save us from replacing the entire system for the immediate future. Upon request, I saw the old parts and the new parts and Geoffrey discussed them with me, and answered our questions satisfactorily.I intend to request Geoffrey for future HVAC services. I signed up for the WOW Club because I want to continue receiving excellent service quality for hot water heater/plumbing and electrical needs. Now, let me get to what most home owners want to know- cost. The repair was not cheap, but we feel the service was thorough and exceptional. You get what you pay for. As I stated we hope this repair saved us from replacing the HVAC for a while. Overall, this experience with Blanton's was impressive! I recommend others to give them a call when you're gathering estimates to compare before making a final decision on a service provider. Super happy with the work done by Jackson. He made some great suggestions for a leaky sink fixture as well as some repairs that we need to make. He demonstrated great expertise and gave a honest assessment of some repairs we need to make. I am looking forward to working with him on future projects.
