The company supplied the best available hot water heater on the market. The installation was quick, efficient, and very professionally conducted. The installer was friendly and very knowledgeable in his trade. The installation was a somewhat difficult one. Both the owner and installer came to the work site and immediately resolved all problems. The cost for the installation was quite reasonable, I intend to use this company in the future and would certainly recommend contacting them for any hot water heater installations.

Jon was extremely responsive and came out for an evaluation same day. Within 24 hours our home had the new and improved hot water heater installed! I would recommend him to anyone needing service or a new water heater. Thank you Jon!

TWHC took excellent care of me when I needed to replace a water heater while dealing with major house renovations. Ashley and Jon were super responsive for scheduling and incredibly flexible working around the chaos of the renovation. Larry and Tony did the install and were great- friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and neat. Larry asked for my preference on things I didn’t even know were options, and made suggestions that I had not considered. Our hot water tank went out this past weekend. I put out requests for a bid to replace and very quickly after exchanging some information about our equipment got a very competitive reply from Jon Cochran .It was upfront and thorough and Jon was extremely accommodating for our needs and I agreed to go with The Water Heater Company On Monday promptly at 7 a.m. Larry arrived followed shortly after by Jesus .They were both as good as it gets beginning to end .In no time thay had the old heater out and the new one in and back online!These two employees were exemplary!!I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use The Water Heater Company again .Anyone who needs these services should definitely consider them too!Very Satisfied in Wilmington De ...Thanks so much ,John C

GREAT experience from start to finish. Great customer service from the initial call to the final call. Larry and Jesus came in and made QUICK work of the new water heater install and both were very knowledgeable and helpful.
